• Complete ground-up construction of a purpose-built health center with reinforced concrete structure, durable roofing, and high-standard finishes suitable for medical environments.
• Multiple functional zones, including consultation rooms, treatment areas, maternity ward, pharmacy, laboratory, waiting/reception areas, and administrative offices.
• Specialized installations: medical gas piping, reliable power backup (generators/inverters), solar integration (where applicable), plumbing for clean water supply, waste management systems, and infection control features (e.g., sterilization areas, proper ventilation).
• Full MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems compliant with Nigerian health facility standards, including emergency lighting, fire safety measures, and accessibility provisions.
• External works: site clearing, foundation and drainage systems, perimeter fencing, parking/access roads, landscaping, and boreholes or water storage for uninterrupted supply.
• Compliance with national health guidelines, building codes, and environmental/safety regulations to ensure a safe, hygienic, and patient-centered environment.
